Child theme not overriding template files in 3.2.1!

I recently discovered that 3.2.1 is having problems with child themes, it DOES overrides the style.css but does not override template files.

Can you reproduce this using Twentyeleven as the parent theme?

Strange, works fine on twentyeleven, the theme its not working on is classipress, must be classipress then, sorry, will report there! Delete this ticket please.
