- No ability to switch from html/visual (buttons appear, don't work)
- No editor buttons appear
- flyout menus are nonresponsive
- add new media button is nonresponsive
- admin bar dropdowns are nonresponsive

Have manually reinstalled 6 or 7 times now. no plugins, no extra themes, only the test unit for content
