A crazy weird issue. Since 2.9, a single dashboard widget can't be dragged (easily) into the second column unless the Screen Options are expanded.

We need a "pedantic" severity :-)

After talking with ryan at #wcphilly, there are a number of interesting edge cases here that one of us should/will explain.

Suppose the fix here would be to disallow changing to more than one column layout in screen options?
