Admin Bar with error message in drop down for subscriber

Running 3.3 RC 1

When logged in as a subscriber there is an error message under the dashboard link in the dropdown under the blog name. Warning: foreach etc. in wp-includes/class-wp-admin-bar.php line 245

I expect it is because there in an empty list of links to put there when a subscriber.
