Add New Category Problem While Posting

Description

When adding new category, while you are making a post, If a category is added under a parent category, it doesn't show properly that the new category is under the parent category.

It has been added correctly, but it doesn't show properly the first time.

Also, I could add the same category again and it would show up, but it does not get added to the Categories.

And, if i add a category with the same name, is shows some other category being added ( Something that is already present )

This is odd behaviour, but it's inline with how the checkboxes will appear once you save the post. All selected categories are shown at the top of the category list regardless of their hierarchy.
