Convert the bigger (#advancedstuff) boxes to the same style as the sidebar boxes on the write screen

Description

The three boxes (optional excerpt, trackback and custom fields) should have their corners rounded like those in the sidebar. Attached patch does that. Doesn't break on browser resize (Doug Bowman's 'Sliding Doors' technique used). Two new images are needed, which I'll upload.
