Plugin screenshots require scrolling

Description

The plugin screenshot listing requires scrolling when larger images are supplied, both horizontally and vertically as they appear below the FYI section, in addition to this, there's extra margin/bullet points from the ul they're contained within.

We should resize the images through CSS to fit the column width.

Clean up the Plugin installer Screenshots page, Adds CSS resize support to the images to prevent them requiring scrolling and falling below the FYI box. Fixes #19777
