Old plugins show up in search results

I thought that plugins which haven't been updated in two years no longer showed up in search results.

This doesn't seem to be the case:

​http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=extra+feed+links

The first result is the Extra Feed Links plugin, which hasn't been updated since 2009.

That may be a consequence of exact string matches (the plugin gets bumped to the top manually). I can't find that plugin through other keywords.

This is indeed because it was an exact match.

Talked with Otto42, we're going to allow exact matches to show out-of-date results. It makes sense to us.

That said, this plugin *was* updated ​17 months ago. It is hidden because the updated data didn't properly refresh at the time.
