Description

Page is shifted to 100% and also dropdown menu doesn't work in either of the IE versions mentioned above. It's there, but not under the item where it should be.

How did you assume that this was a duplicate, from what exactly? Screenshot in #20190 was IE version, not the actual screenshot of the "issue" arena said: sidebar misplaced under ie that's not the same as this at all.

Kindly explain.

In general, #20190 can be used for IE compatibility for Twenty Twelve. Since Twenty Twelve will not be in core until 3.5, we don't need to keep a lot of tickets around.
