Ability to go directly so subpage in admin panel

Description
It would be great if administrators and registered users of a Wordpress blog were able to go directly to a sublink instead of clicking Write, then Write Page. When the mouse goes over Write, Manage, Links, Presentation, Plugins, Users, Options and Import, the pages below these links should appear and be hyperlinked to them.
By doing this, everything would happen a lot faster and would be much easier of admins. An example of what I mean is telstra.com at the top (My account, Products and Services, etc.

This has been implimented already through a plugin. You can see it at http://frenchfragfactory.net/ozh/my-projects/wordpress-admin-menu-drop-down-css/
The plugin could be integrated into WP.
Yeah, would be nice. How about uploading some code? :-)
