It looks like the code in media-gallery.dev.js got replicated (three times) - http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-admin/js/media-gallery.dev.js?rev=20359

It doesn't look like it was like that in 19840.17.diff:ticket:19840​, so I'm not sure exactly when it happened.

It doesn't look like it was like that in 19840.17.diff:ticket:19840​, so I'm not sure exactly when it happened.

I think the patch will have been applied three times without the new file being deleted in between patchings.
