Customize preview refreshing adds to browser history in Chromium 18 (Linux)

Description

It looks like Chromium 18 is adding the changed preview iframe state to the browser history whenever a control is changed. This is not ideal. To fix this, we should declare the iframe's src attribute in the html when we create the iframe (instead of setting it afterwards).
