Clicking edit for a page goes to wrong page

When I click an edit link to open a page in the WordPress editor, I am taken to the editor, but the page that opens for editing is not for the link I click. The same page appears every time, no matter what page link I click, even from the page list within the admin section.

In fact that page that comes up in the editor is not even listed within the page table at /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page

The page that show is this: ​http://yoderslist.com/forums/forum/politics/
and the buttons to the right show "Edit" and "View forum." The page title is "Politics." I have bbPress installed, so that may be interfering with this. I will disable that to see if does the same thing and let you know.

I've uploaded two images to illustrate what I am seeing.

I uninstalled bbPress as I promised, but I'm not sure what effect that might have on the page editor, because now all of the Admin pages are blank except for the left hand menu. :(

I'll have to come back later to see if I can work that out before restoring from back up, so it may be a while before I can say how bbPress affected the page editor.
