Help text refers to the Installed Themes page:

... or by navigating to your Installed Themes page and clicking the "Live Preview" link

"Installed Themes" menu item can only be found in Network Admin (the screen, however, is simply called "Themes").

Seems like "Installed Themes page" should be "Manage Themes screen".
