Not a bug, this is required for TinyMCE.

Ah, okay. IMO, it should use an ID rather than a title though...
Anyway, I have the WYSIWYG editor disabled (I hate those kinda things), so it shouldn't display unless I have that option checked. Patch coming for that soon.

I found this problem in 2.0.3 and was just about to file a ticket myself.
This has been fixed a different way in 2.1, but for 2.0.4 and 2.0.3 it is still occuring. Can it please be fixed for 2.0.4?
Adding to this, this thread was just submitted yesterday, but inregards to the Text Editor form in 2.1. =/ http://wordpress.org/support/topic/79024?replies=3
I just uploaded a "live" copy of 2.1 alpha2 lastnight, to a subdomain: http://212.vindictivebastard.net/
And I have to admit.. there is a littly funkyness to it.. =/ Which, I'm sure everyone knows of it prolly lol. ;)

Cosing FIXED.
Noting comment from JeremyVisser suggesting this is fixed for 2.1 . 2.0.4 flew without this in and no .5 planned.
