install.php reports success after failing to create database tables

Description
Just tried to install wordpress locally. The user I provided only had Insert, Select, Update and Delete permissions, so when I pushed the final button I got a full page of error messages about failing to create tables and selecting from not-created tables. After that was a Success message and a login button...
A Failure message and some info about setting up necessary permissions for the MySQL user would perhaps be better?
