I think we doesn't need patches like this since ryan runs his script from time to time.

I know there's a script (see ryan's comment [17713]), but is it automatic? The trailing whitespace in this ticket exists since 3.4 release. Now it's 3.4.1. Also, it doesn't check the Hello Dolly plugin.
