Description
jQuery 1.8.0 final was released on August 9th, 2012. Worth considering upping the WP provided version to the latest stable.

Patch includes jQuery UI 1.8.22. Draggable meta boxes did not work with jQuery 1.8.0 without updated jQuery UI

Waiting on jQuery UI 1.8.23, due out tomorrow. jQuery 1.8.1 will be out soon, but we'll drop 1.8 into trunk to see if there's anything we can report upstream.
