21811	Add image editing UI to the media modal	koopersmith		"The media modal should contain a way to edit a given image size. This should include the capability to crop, resize, rotate, and flip (as all are currently possible).

The core of this UI should be capable to serve as both the crop step in a workflow like choosing a custom header, or in editing a given image size to include within a post.
