WordPress Import Tool looses the complete category hierachical structure — at Version 3

I have exported from my local laptop wordpress installation the posts I had. They have the following structure with categories:

language  --> main category, parent
- source language   --> for example AF
-- target language  --> for example AFAR for Africans to Arabics
--- lessons
----- lesson 1      --> up to 100 lessons entries 
-- next target language

and so on

this complete structure is lost after import - they are all changed to parent categories no single child category.
I will attach the export file.
