Twenty Twelve: "reply" should not be right below title

In Twenty Twelve the "reply" is found right below the title. This doesn't look very good, because the logic workflow would be to read a post and then at the end choose if you want to reply.

Furthermore, when the title is not shown (as in status updates, images and so), "reply" is missing too.

sounds like a bug we should fix. The reply link should appear on post formats that hide the title, somewhere in the layout. I opened #22169 for that.

I vote to leave this as-is, it was a conscious decision by the theme designer.

What was the decision to have it below the title and not the content? It seems bizarl to me too.

Also the wontfix because of discussing seems weird since the conversation was between 3 people and 3 messages. You apply that is was something really well discussed.
