Description

The attached patch provides a "View" link, linking directly to each comment displayed on edit-comments.php.

It also removes the "Edit Post" link from under each comment displayed on edit-comments.php.

The edit post link has already been removed, and I think View is covered by the view pots link. Maybe we could have a # for the permalink in front...

I just tried it out, it gets confusing because some comments aren't live so the link doesn't actually work. We could add logic for that, but I don't think it's a big enough benefit to be worth the hassle.
