Screen Options and Help button don't work on Dashboard

I was testing latest Beta version and found this bug. On Dashboard only (index.php) screen options & help buttons present at the top right side of the screen are not working.

I cannot reproduce in RC1.

Have you tried disabling plugins and switching to the default theme? Also, what browser + OS are you using?

Please check your browser's console. You probably have a JavaScript error. (Plugin conflict, I'd imagine.)
