22697	regenerate missing thumnails	qdinar		a user uploaded images, but they all have only full size, because image libraries was not installed on server. i did not know that and tried to fix them, but small variants are not selectable. after some googling i have found that it can be because of missing libraries, reuploaded, and they appeared, because this time this is new server and image libraries are installed here. but user should not reupload files. also i have found a plugin for that: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ and i am going to install it. i think, when user reattaches image, small sizes should be selectable, if image libraries are installed.	defect (bug)	closed	normal		Media	3.4.2	normal	duplicate
