Description

The &gtdiv&lt that opens on line 40 of wp-admin/index.php should not be closed until after the ul that contains the list of recent comments. This does not affect the layout of the default wp admin theme but it is inconsistent with the other lists in the zeitgeist on the dashboard and also causes problems with the Tiger Admin plugin.
