Adding term checklist to Media modal has undesired results

If you use attachment_fields_to_edit to add a term checklist to the media modal, there is no way to know when a term is unchecked. I propose that when a checkbox is clicked in the compat section, all the checked boxes of the same name are passed in the POST request.
