My previous version was WordPress 3.4.2.
When upgrading to Bug in WP 3.5 a 'drag and drop' feature in one pluggin stopped working. I have many identical template sites so noticing this failure is quite easy and obvious.

The pluggin is 'Agent Storm by StormRETS' which has a drag & drop feature built into its dashboard. The 'blocks' one would normally be able to move, now will not move no matter what browser you use and a series of text starts accumulating lower down on the agent storm dashboard page

This is not a bug in core -- the issue is that the plugin has not been updated to work with with versions since 3.1. You will have to approach the plugin developer to ask them to fix the issue.
