Description

The top menu bar on the rosetta theme (for local WordPress sites) has a flaw on "https" urls. See screenshot.

I can reproduce in Chrome 23 and IE 8. Looks OK in Firefox 17 and Opera 12.

Unlike rosetta/rtl.css, languages/css/he_IL.css is always loaded via http. Perhaps it should be merged with rtl.css.
