WordPress should not refer to itself as "I" - Fix to change all references to "WordPress"

There's a few places where WordPress says "I need this.." or similar.

I think for clarity, it should be "WordPress needs..."

I don't think "I" versus "WordPress" is an issue of clarity. I don't think it's unclear that the software needs something to continue. I do think that "I" more friendly, less cold, more personable.

I'm pretty sure it's also been "I" for the longest time. I don't have any inclination to change it.

Yeah, that does make a lot of sense. Thinking about it, I like it better with the I.
