Description
For some reason after uploading and upgrading to 2.0.1, Wordpress isn't accessing my posts and pages at all. All my options are working fine and my dashboard shows my most recent posts and comments. But when I go to the Manage part of my admin, there are no posts, comments or pages available.
My theme seems to working fine too, I just just get the 404 error template of my theme when a post or page isn't found.
When I upload Wordpress 2.0 again, my posts and pages appear again.

I supposed you tried the usual: flush the cache, turn off all plugins? Check to see that you haven't got some weird table prefix in your 2.0.1 wp-config.php.

IIRC, Kamigoroshi got this figured out and 2.0.1 final fixed it. Re-open if that is not the case.
A bit late for a 2.0.1 Milestone.
