Write Page / Pages button should be more interlinked

When "Write Page" is active, if "Manage" is clicked, it should go to "Manage | Pages" and not to "Manage | Posts"
Also the other way around: when "Pages" is active, clicking on "Write" should go to "Write Page" and not "Write Post"

+1, saves a few clicks and is more intuitive.

Adding patch in a sec, it's working fine on latest SVN.

tested on my setup. looks good. There are probably some more of these changes across the board.
