See ticket title. Easy hook addition. single_post_title gets a hook but single_cat_title doesn't? :,-(

Actually, my patch was removing a trailing space. My text editor is set to automatically trim trailing spaces, so all my patches have trailing space cleanup for any files. It's all good though! Thanks!
