RTE tab label should be "Editor" not "Compose"

Recommendation from Technical Communication expert Vera Horiuchi. Received the nod from Matt.

Discussed at length on wp-hackers mailing list.

Not relevant for 2.0.x b/c Tabbed Editor is new for 2.1 .

Indeed, "Compose" is counter-intuitive.

I'd go for "WYSIWYG" or "RTE" though as the other tab is called "HTML", but then again, noob users would probably not know what those meant.
