Inline Uploader Improvements: search and filters

Users with a lot of uploaded images would benefit from the following:

• Search (could be a new tab next to browse).
• Filter for postsperpage setting on browse tab (default is 10)

People who reuse old images need to be able to find the images they want.

For the record, this could easily be done via a plugin (at least the search could).

Clarification: I wasn't saying this shouldn't be added to core, I was just saying that if it wasn't / meanwhile, it wouldn't be hard to add this feature via a plugin. ;)

I knew what you meant. :-)

I think this would be of use to the majority of people who use the inline uploader.

Next iteration.
