Description
wordpress.org/search each page displays same results and sometimes no results are found
EXAMPLE:
http://wordpress.org/search/css?documentation=1&p=2
results are identical to
http://wordpress.org/search/css?documentation=1&p=200
Sometimes a search will report no results.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
I played around with the code for a while and the code looks good. My guess is that it is a "proxy" issue or cache.

masquerade: I appreciate your perspective and possibly another solution is better, but I don't see it as an immediate issue considering the few bugs reported against this component.
Currently there is a component of WordPress.org, so this bug is valid. Seeing how there is not currently a better place for WP infrastructure bugs, this bug is valid.

Verified fixed by mdawaffe.

Can we not file things that are not directly related to the code, especially issues that nobody in the community but Matt or someone else with server admin status, as a bug here? I'd say bring it up on one of the lists or e-mail Matt directly, but seeing as this has nothing to do with the WordPress code, it really doesn't belong here.
