Comments feed should specify the comment author

As reported by Erik Barzeski  here, the comments feed does not specify the author of the comment properly, only putting the author into the title of the item.

@Matt - Need 2.0.5 added as a version number in Trac.

Attached patch adds the <author> element to comments in the comments rss.

Do we want to change the current 'author in comment title' behaviour as well?
