Empty list item in default theme's sidebar

Description

In theme Default, the "You are currently browsing..." section is sometimes empty, resulting in an empty list item. Tried it with a fresh installation of 2.0.5 as well as 2.1-alpha3 from SVN.

Attached is a patch that'll take care of the empty LI by surrounding each "currently browsing..." part with LIs, rather than the entire section whereas the conditions may return false.

Pardon the nitpicking. ;)
