i18n for Kubrick's header images and colour administration & non-js form fix

Description

The admin pages allowing the user to choose colours and an image for the header were not i18ned.

There was also a little bug, which prevented the normal usage of the non-js form. The patch is just a few characters, so I didn't want to dedicate another bug report. When setting the kubrick_header_image option, we should not use &, because it breaks the parsing later and the lower and upper colours weren't got correctly.
