Image title in the uploading iframe should not have the blue background style

As a side-effect of the patch I made for #4119, the H2 which displays the title of an image when browsing in the upload iframe has the blue background, which looks funny. Patch attached to fix it.

Observed on WP trunk and WP.com.

Hmmm, but we want it so if you go to Manage → Uploads it shows the blue background. I think I might need to add a CSS class to the upload form depending on whether it's inline or not.
