Returns a 404

Have WP 2.2.2 running on IIS with permalinks working.

Denis, surely you have expertise and interest to provide more detailed diagnostics. Do you not have the environment?

I can also confirm that /index.php/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/ as a permalink works fine with IIS on a Win2k3 and Win2k7 server.
