5032	Option to disable Canonical Redirects	markjaquith	markjaquith	"While I'm really excited about canonical redirects, and they're much more conservative and reliable than previous iterations, there are still going to be people who have issues.  Anyone whose REQUEST_URI isn't set correctly by their PHP setup (or fixed by WordPress) is going to have issues.  It's likely to be a small minority, but for the minority affected, it's a rather catastrophic failure that may cause their site to be unavailable.

As of right now, you need a plugin to disable canonical redirects.  I'm loathe to introduce options, but this might be a good case for one.
