Auto save doesn't save tags

I've just noticed (and tested) that the auto-save feature doesn't save tags. It saves the other aspects of a post (I haven't verified how much) but not the tags. I'll try to look at the code over the next few days and add a patch to fix it.

This fix caused: #5491 Autosave should be disabled if tags-input field has the focus
