TinyMCE doesn't work in IE6 after charset-change

I'm using WordPress 2.3.1. When i change the charset from iso-8859-1 to utf-8 TinyMCE doesn't work in Internet Explorer 6. The error message is "realTinyMCE is undefined". ​Here is a screenshot. The problem only appears after changing the charset. When I change the charset back to iso-8859-1, everything is okay.

Most likely cache problem. TinyMCE 3 works well after changing the charset.
