Description
I have experienced this in upgrading from 2.2.1 to 2.3 and from 2.2.1 to 2.3.1. After each attempted upgrade and failure, I downgraded (with some awkwardness) to 2.2.1.
Akismet spam collection works properly, but on clicking the "Delete All" button to remove the spam comments from the db, a page with the regular headers/footers of my WP admin pages gives only the comment "Cannotload akismet-admin." This function works properly in 2.2.1 and earlier.

What version of Akismet are you running? If you're running a version lower than 2.1.2, you should download the latest version now.
