Manage -> Files default file list out of date

Description

The list of files in the Files SubPanel needs to be updated to reflect the current theme system. For example, it still references wp-layout.css.

Ideally (but perhaps asking-too-much-ly), there would be a dropdown box from which you could select the theme to edit, and then the list would show all the files in that theme's directory.

Plus my-hacks.php and .htacess.

Perhaps a link could be included to Presentation -> Theme Editor from Manage -> FIles?
