there's a couple of support issues related to this. is there a means to automate the fix? (or maybe this is already done in the latest svn? didn't seem so though...)

This seems to be very rare, was able to confirm only 5-6 cases from the users that posted on the support forum. Nevertheless I'm testing couple of alternative fixes. Patch should be ready soon.
