get_nested_categories() not found in WP 2.5.1

Description

Function "get_nested_categories()" is not found in WordPress 2.5.1. I used this function in a japanese plugin ( Ktai Style) After upgrading WP 2.5.1, an error occurs and the plugin stop abnormaly.

Is the function private and prohibited to use by plugins? If not, "get_nested_categories()" should be restored.
