These patches correct documentation mistakes for 2.6.

Most external library file level and class level corrections based off of r7989

The first patch is superseded by the second patch. The third patch is also good.

Should commit the second and third patch and any additional patches.

In the external corrections patch the line-endings for IXR and atomlib get screwed up and subversion is not happy.

I will commit the rest of that patch though.
