Relative URIs for images were not working correctly. They are now fixed.

Breaks some URIs. For example, from this page:

​http://ma.tt/2008/05/milan-day-one/

Links to photos look like this:

​http://ma.tt/2008/05//http:/s.ma.tt/files/2008/05/mat_7022-195x129.jpg

I went ahead and commited to get the other changes in though.

Tag suggest pops up over the title. Image preview thickbox isn't working. Photo tab is not selected when pressing a flickr page.
