Cache of Media Uploader

Description

I am not sure about this, but I think there is a cache for the Uploader, after uploading, if I reload the Uploader, I see nothing in the second tab (photos of the post), after about 3 to 5 minutes, all uploaded photos appear.

Could you please check out this issue

The only cache that could be occurring would be the Object cache, WordPress doesn't include a object cache in the core, so any caching would have to come from external sources.
